This role is for an experience person locating and building relations with existing Registered Providers ("RPs") OTE £95,000

With the volume of transactions ongoing, this is a key role in managing the day to day of up to 100 transactions at a time. Basic £30k. Junior Solicitor experience may be an advantage.

A role for someone use to putting together presentations for lenders and buyers, whilst involved in the detailed analysis and appraisals. £55k + benefits

Strong Experience in Social Media Marketing to assist in the acquisition of Investors and small funds. £29,000

Our aggressive approach to acquiring single swellings with 5 or 6 self-contained apartments, requires someone with experience in the market to both acquire and assess viability. £55k (OTE £120k)

Strong experience in residential lettings. When assets are acquired, your role will be to oversee any works and hand-over to the relevant RPs. £32k (OTE £48k)
